We can currently retrieve the bios password for ALL Sony Vaio models.
For most models, you will see a screen like the one below, showing you a key and asking for a "onetime password": By providing us with the key, we can generate your password.
For older models, you will be displayed an error code after you enter a few incorrect password attempts. We will need that error code to generate the password.
Or, if none of the above applies to you, you will need to provide us with the service tag number displayed on a sticker beneath your laptop, as shown in the image below:

Your laptop bios password will be emailed to you within 12-48 hours.
